As many of you liked the vintage telephone, and since our purchases make us always super happy...

Occasionally I will show you the treasures we find here in London...

Sono sempre stata un'appassionata, anche in Italia... attratta dalle ceste piene di cianfrusaglie, dalle cose vecchie che hanno una storia, dagli oggetti magari sporchi e rovinati che sono passati da chissà quante mani!

Ma qui è un sogno... tra yard sales, car boot sales, charity shops... con un pò di fortuna e occhio si trovano davvero delle chicche!

I've always been passionate, even in Italy... I am attracted by baskets full of junk, by old things that have a history, by objects maybe dirty and damaged that are passed by who knows how many hands!

But here is a dream... between yard sales, car boot sales, charity shops... with a bit of lucky and good eye you can really discover some gems!

Soap dispenser for the kitchen

Ho cercato per un pò un dispender per il sapone della cucina... originale!

Ma niente, non ho trovato nulla che mi piacesse davvero...

Quindi, l'ho fatto io!!! E ne sono davvero soddisfatta... è venuto bene, è funzionale e anche carinisssssimo:

I was looking for an original soap dispenser for the kitchen...

But nothing, I didn't found anything I really liked...

So, I made it! And I am really proud of this object... it is well done, it's usefull and also very very cute:

Ho comprato il classico porta rotolo di carta da cucina in legno...

I bought the classic wood kitchen roll...

Ho deciso di testare la tecnica shabby chic, a mio avviso è un pò troppo inflazionata... ma per oggetti piccoli mi piace!

I have decided to try on it the shabby chic remake!

In my opinion it is a bit too inflated, but I like it for small items!
